I cant install angular-cli-ghpages because:

Skipping installation: Package already installed
NOT SUPPORTED: keyword "id", use "$id" for schema ID```

and then, maybe because of this, I cannot deploy using 
```ng deploy --base-href=/{mygithub}.github.io/
Error: Unknown argument: base-href
