Hey!

Maybe someone can help my with my "problem". On my 5Plus frame I can't get my Y Inputshaper further up than 40Hz
I guess my belts are pretty good though 🙂 (190Hz)
Is it because I'm using the EBB36 ADXL for my measurements? Should I get a nozzleclamp and a separte ADXL?

Increase the aph?

You're running at 60. Try 120

Didn't change much. I wanted to know what I can do to shift the resonating frequency of my y axis further up to ~75Hz

#

or if the "problem" may be the ebb36 adxl where the mounting point may not be ideal

Hmmm. Maybe loosen the belt parking just a little?

370 frames usually dont have a very high freq y peak

#

General stiffness from structural panels or more belt tension might also help
My nebula 370 y peak is also just at 50hz tho

That's normal

Build smaller if you want higher values

Thanks for the infos. Thought I‘d get it a little higher with some „easy“ mods. I got 15mm osb boards for my enclosure, so I‘d say it’s pretty sturdy. Maybe I Add some crossbeams

I have the same problem on my Ender 5 pro. X axis at 120Hz but Y is 50Hz. I’m gonna try the nebula enclosure build to further strengthen the frame and see if that helps.

My red Mercs y is 59 or so with 9mm belts, structural panels, metal parts

#

That's just the reality of corexy with 2 motors

#

But you can still run faster accels then listed
