Here is a video of it working
Step Files:
I am using the stock Ender 5 Pro conversion (minus the front crossbar) and the Voron Stealthburner toolhead. Hotend is rapido 2
Looks cool. Are you using a 255 or a 275 bed?
275mm

Awesome. I’m going to give this a try after the holidays. Thanks!
I got it printed and it’s a very nice design. I’m hoping to get it installed in the next few days. I’m still waiting on a few parts before I start tearing everything apart.
Sounds good, it’s been working great for me. If/when I build the box turtle I think it could be great for purging too. Just need to write a new macro for it.
Now that I think about it, I should could use it for purging now with filament changing
Very interesting! How did you mount it? Connected to the bed or to the frame - could not see exactly on the photos...
Connected to the frame
Couldn’t think of a great way to attach it to the bed at the moment
no go for me. I'm running the metal gantry and i guess its a few mils shorter than the printed one. i just did a big overhaul and I have a few problems left to work out but when i'm finished up, i'll try and make the necessary adjustments to make to bring it down a little bit.
i may also mirror it to the right side. I haven't quite figured all the details for the filametrix but i think this will get in the way of the arm.
Yeah, I plan on making some changes to it when I get the filamATrix going on my stealthburner. The way I have mine running is the nozzle enters through that smaller notch on the right side. Hindsight now, I could probably just raise up the wiper section and lower down the walls but I think I left it like that to prevent the wiped filament from falling out of the chute. And yeah I’m running the printed gantry so I guess it has it sitting a bit higher.
It looks cool though, I’m glad you tried it
thanks for doing the hard work 👍. I tried to sneak the nozzle in over the notch but the fan shroud is hitting it. With a few small tweaks. it should be perfect. I'll post a picture and the files when I'm done with it.
Sounds good! I’ll probably need it soon as well
Just switched from cnc tap to cartographer and it lower my toolhead enough that my fan shroud is hitting it now too😂
Im also running xol with uhf and my ducts are also hitting😅
Im making a spacer for it atm but i might also have to bring it closer to the bed as well. Ill post both here when im done 🙂
Yeah, it’s looking like it’s gonna need a bit of a redesign for lower tool heads. I might experiment with an adjustable one that way it can be universal for any toolhead.
A damn... I printed it and it looks great. But I wasn't aware it's not compatible with the E34M1 because the nozzle sits a lot higher
Basically did it as a useful testprint. The overhangs and bridges are quite tricky. So nothing lost. But still.
Yeah, sorry about that!
I am currently working on a new version that will be adjustable so that it will be compatiable with any system.
I wonder if you could move the tool head over it and … wait, neither of those parts move… damn, never mind…
I mean... I could put a rectangular block on top and stick the wiper on there. But at that point, I could also design a different mount.
Apparently I cant conceptualize why it doesn’t work for E34M1
Ohhhh the whole thing is too low.
The nozzle on the EVA toolheads sits much higher in relation to the linear rail compared to the Stealthburner

So... therefore the nozzle hovers about 1cm above the actual wiper and everything
