Extends the belts 2.85mm forward, allows you to use a 5mm bolt in the back and run a M3 30 through the top into a heat insert.

No bolt in the front for the gantry?
Not enough room or thick enough. Itβs actually very secure. The rear bolt holds it in place. The extra top M3 clamps down on the gantry.
Are you able to tweak the design so we can install the Lightweight Gantry to hold the Rail on the front side? Looks Like is just missing a hole for that.
Unless in intended it to be held with just one M5 on each end?
A screw would obstruct the belt path. I can send you the step files

Thanks
I like the screws, I need some of those for my collection. Could have used some of those on many occasions.
Yeah I discovered them with the VzToolhead
Could tweak cooling but it printed nice without support
Nice prints
You're punishing your Hotend?
Ah that's where I accidentally posted these
Agree wrong place. But that was a pun about he Punisher logo. π
They are in the normal server too
That's the rigs name till I change it after the first print, going back to correct server
Just received my Ultra thin M5x6mm screws, I had to enlarge the Counter bore a bit. I just started reprinting them and will post the updated stl once I confirmed the fit.
the ALi specs said the Head diameter was max 8.8mm but received 9.48mm ones
Took me a while to install but here's the end result
Also made a custom bumber to use the SB original endstop swich location
@shadow minnow What did you do to get the screw to fit? I ordered the ones from the link and they're also around 9.5mms. I'm currently turning one down in my drill with a file but its taking a long time.
actually never mind. Turning seems to work really well. I have a nice fit now
I forgot to post my updated model to acomodete them.
I'll look it up later today and post them
its all good! The swap was fairly easy and relativly problem free. I forget how long my X rail is but it was just slightly too long for your endstop bumper. I ended up throwing in an insert into the bottom M5 bolt hole and attaching my old one. Thanks!
