The Probe_calibrate command has always given me some sort of difficulty to calibrate my z-offset. I used to be able to get around it but now I'm having no luck. I get the following error:

"Error evaluating 'gcode_macro PROBE_CALIBRATE:gcode': gcode.CommandError: Must perform PROBE_CALIBRATE with the probe above the BED, check klicky_variables bed size!"

I have the fabreeko 275x275 bed. Not sure why its suddenly unable to calibrate this. Attached is my printer config, klicky variable, and klippy log if anyone has any insight.

Notes:
Homing Z works fine.
Probe docks and undocks fine
Z-tilt works fine
Bed mesh works fine
Printer prints fine (besides ABS but that's a different problem)

Any help would be appreciated.

I always have to run the macro to attach the probe then move it to the center of the bed, then run PROBE_CALIBRATE I cant remember if I have to just reach under and take the probe off or if it goes and docks it then comes back to the center for the paper test part. When this print finishes I will try it again and see.
