#Overhang Sucks

Looks like a cooling issue.
That is an extreme overhang designed to be a cooling stress test. Definitely cooling issue, especially with a stealthburner
you can try a few things like, slowing down overhangs extremely, extra perimeters on overhangs, reverse on odd, etc
The biggest thing that would fix it is switching to CPAP
There are CPAP shrouds for stealthburner if you are keen on staying with it, or other toolheads have the options aswell
Was thinking about moving to Fabreko's 9200rpm 5015. Ill also look into CPAP.
How many air ducts?
Slow down mm/s for overhangs. Try half speed, then half of that until it works
If you're printing PLA in a enclosure, then open it up.
Assuming you did a temperature calibration. Then you can drop overall temp. Down 5-10*C
Stealthburner so 2 ducts. No enclosure. Ellis guide followed. Here are my overhang speeds. I'll half them and retry.
Would help if my fan was blowing more than 10%. Bad fan . Glad I ordered a CPAP setup...
