NOT A ZEROG SPECIFIC ISSUE. PLS DELETE IF NOT ALLOWED. having issues with Polymaker Polyterra PLA (red) and Polymaker Polylite ABS (black) warping on my bambu X1C with bambu dual side pei. Haven’t really run in to this issue yet, and I was wondering if anyone had some tips. Tried turning off aux fan for PLA, lowering cooling fans for both, and increasing bed temp (ABS at 115 and PLA at 60). I haven’t had any PLA warping problems with fabreeko PEI on any of my 3 Merc’s. Curious if anyone else has had this issue.

Tried printing at 220-205°C with print fans speeds from 100% to 50%, tried aux fan on and off, can’t figure this out.

Everything printed with a 5mm brim after initial print warping

ABS warping with 80% cooling. tried again at 50% and still warping

#

PLA warping at aux fan off 100% coolin

#

pla warping at 50% coolin fan

#

cleaned pei with dish soap and water. didn’t help

Hi, I'm not a super expert but I'll try to tell you my opinion 😉
When warping occurs it is usually because the material you are printing is cooling too quickly.
In the case of PLA and in particular polyterra I also print it at 180-190 with a cold plate or at max 50c.
For ABS if you haven't already tried, disable the fan, you can use it if there are small pieces or overhang but only for short periods.
Also consider printing speed.
