Does someone as an idea why my first layer looks like this ?

I would say its a little bit too much flow and the overextruded material is starting to get around the nozzle and is trying to rip the printed parts of…. And maybe to much temp on the heatbed and a too low nozzle because of a curved bed maybe. (Bed mesh can correct a lot but not everything
