I finally got this all setup after my move, and i'm trying to look into why my bed mesh after 40 minutes of heating is like the included picture. probe accuracy is .007 deviation on klicky.
is this something that can be fixed by shimming the pei plate?

I have the fabreeko hydra 5+ bed

I switched to a brand new fabreeko plate with the exact same results
back of the bed probed to be higher than the front, even after a z tilt at 4 points

Are you using a magnetic build plate?
0.25 is not that much. Should be better but you could try putting some kapton tape in the low spots to make the build plate flatter

it is magnetic. one thing that made it bad was i had my z tilt tolerance set at .2 instead of .05
i changed that and my bedmesh stillhas some really low points
