#Eating or drinking

I have the same thing! I find I struggle most of the time, but during a flare-up (like the one I'm currently having) I can find myself eating and drinking very little (sometimes even ||vomiting|| 🫤). I have found that when I'm with someone, even though I keep saying I feel full, the constant pressure can sometimes be beneficial in the sense that you do eventually eat and drink something. I also use Finch to try to help - one of my "To Do's" is eat breakfast/lunch, with another being eat a serving of fruit. That sometimes helps too. But honestly I'm not the best person to guide as I struggle a lot myself, I only force myself due to work (but that hasn't ended up working in my favour...)
Basically: I find being with someone helps, Finch helps. But I hope you find a good way to cope that suits you
Thanks is hard cuz im currently going through a flare up and it is affecting my legs I have tried eating but it does not agree with me but I manage to keep it down. I'll try finch to see if that helps as well
I understand, thats how I'm feeling at the moment too. Dont force a huge amount, but it is important to eat just a little bit. If there's something that you really like to eat, it might be a good idea to start there (for me it's currently salted caramel pretzels or Nutella on toast - dont question it 😂). If you want to add me on Finch, there's the Finch channel
Yeah that's what my mum said but im also lucky that I have been taken to hospital yet as I can loose liquid in my body quickly if I have a || seizure || as I become weak after one.
Ill add you on finch once I have figured it out
Ha, yeah reading it did make me sound a bit like.my mum too. Yes, same here.
Ok great!
