hi again! here are my traits | i have poor eye contact, im easily distracted, i kept constantly moving because of anxiety and excitement it was voluntary but i wasnt really able to stop, i really focus on my intrests, i can get really in the zone, i have germaphobia, i fidget a lot, i am sensitive to sounds, and i dont do well with social situations, like i dont aways know how to respond and how to understand some social cues or like sarcasm

oh and i forgot to add that i get really anxious and fidgety when there are a lot of people in the room and or if it is loud

Hello! I'm really late but have you tried looking at the DSM5 criteria for autism? Not all of those are traits for autism btw
