I'm not from the UK (obviously) so I'm not 100% sure but from what I just read I think the vehicle part doesn't apply to you because you don't have something like a car and the other part is about 2 types of PIP you can get but you're only getting the second one because you're in a care home (and I expect they already get some money to cover those things)
