Hey guys! So I have this really weird thing where when I sit down, my legs keep moving, like twitching or something. I know its not stims or tics, but I can't control it. I just find it odd, and I dunno what it is. Thank you.

Sometimes yeah. I stim though, but its pretty much minor twitches

i woulnt worry too much, its probably just restless leg, which isnt curable but unless it causes discomfort or harm to yourself or others i wouldnt necessarily go get it checked out unless you start losing control of them.

Dont’t worry about it, if it is constant or remains for a a few weeks, you could go to a gp, but its probably nothing serious

I have them all the time, though in my case it's normal

I think if you eat a banana every day it helps - banana's are rich in magnesium I beleive
