its diffcult to explain but the type of movent the person in the gif is doing kinda triggering my tics like when he puts his arms out like him doing the quick movement with his hands and arms, it triggers one of my tics where || i kinda put my hands out palm facing downwards just a bit away and infront of my chest whilst bend both of my arms infront of my ninethy degrees to my shoulders on both sides and then kinda moves to the side and back quickly and suddenly idk how to describe it, kinda like when your doing arm presses in the gym but more vigourously and harder and faster but like the plams are face down idk how to explain im sorry ||
