You can try Amazon or just searching online there are so many good figer tous out there
I found mine at target and on Amazon or also Walmart
I think I got one from my dentist a couple years ago too 😂
Yeah, but like it is hard to find something subtle
Hmm friend pointed me to chewygem
Those look interesting
I supose they might actualy work because i chew on the cords of my hoodies
These might work i guess
I really need to look into getting some so I stop chewing on headphone cords and what not (I used to chew holes in cords T-T)
They helped me focus so Much and for me helped my Tourette’s to I need to get some more cause I moved and it got left behind
oh no! that sucks
also I asked my mom about one I found and she said we’ll see which sometimes mean I’m tired we’ll talk about it tomorrow
I get that
Have a look at olight spining top. that thing has been great help for me
you can spin the outside seperate from the inside bit and because its full metal is not going to break when its dropped. ( i am super clumbsy :D)
my chewlery came in today! I love it
Yaaay
Can ask about chewy things? Like chewelery & stuff? I used to use these chewy pencil toppers in school so I wouldn't chew my pencils, but they ended up having to go in my pencil case a lot & falling on the floor getting dirty & I'm really bad with germs & stuff so I couldn't keep them (I also ended up breaking a lot of them by chewing them too much), so does anyone have any tips with chewelery? Is it any good? Does it get dirty easily? If it isn't great, are there any alternatives?
i recently got a couple chew necklace thing. wouldn’t really call it chewlery.. because it’s not discreet. i have two, one i keep in a bag for school if i need it and one i have for around the house and going out. i’m not bad with germs or anything so i’m probably not the best person to answer for that, but mine don’t appear dirty. i find it a little tough to chew sometimes, but that’s a personal preference and it has helped me. hope this helps?
From what i read, it still is going to break
there’s different strengths and stuff of them. like, ones for people who chew frequently and ones for people who don’t chew often. mine haven’t broken or showed any signs of it and i’ve at them.. a couple months maybe. but i don’t use them as much as i should-
they will break eventually though.
yeah
i recommend tangles, fidget cubes, comfort items you may have?
I often use hair ties. Very subtle. You can just pull them off your wrist and play with it between your fingers without having to search in a pocket for any fidget toys.
I have one of these things called pop it balls. I use them for my ADHD to help me concentrate on drawing or reading stuff. They're small enough to use with one hand, yet not too small where you can lose it. They're light weight and don't make too much noise, and the slight sound they do make is pretty satisfying. I have mysophonia but this doesn't set it off! They're cheap too.
The story of my life
lmao
I'm pretty sure Zara has a video/short that covers what she uses for fidgets. You can try and find that video/short to help
