#Almost passed out on a tram?

I was on a tram for the first time today and all of a sudden my heart rate spiked (to around 120bpm from 60bpm). I also suddenly felt really hot.

My vision went weird (like someone had turned out the lights but there was still a candle there), and I felt really dizzy and couldn’t hear anything.

Does that mean I was experiencing pre-syncope?

Also, how do I get rid of the headache I have now after it.

This experience was so scary by the way. Only ever lost my vision for a couple of seconds before. Not like this. It lasted 20 minutes

My lips also apparently went blue/white.
(According to my dad they went white, but according to my sister, who saw me first, they went blue)

water, legs elevated, eat something and try to be calm and not stressed if possible

always go to your doctor and mention all these symptoms if its the first time experiencing anything as it could be caused by anything! dizzy spells are normal so it doesn't always indicate anything really bad but keep an eye on whether it happens again :)
sometimes it can literally just be a one off due to stress, or it could be an underlying condition for some people

Ok.
So my symptoms are much much worse today.
Not sure if it is something else and iron deficiency/POTS, or what.

But I can’t even move my head without it hurting like mad. Every time I stand up, I see black and feel super dizzy. I’ve had diarrhoea multiple times as well, which is making my stomach super sore.

I’ve just had a painkiller, so hopefully that should help my head. But I guess I’m just freaking out a bit because so much is happening to me at once.
