did you use a prawn from the second stage or from the third stage?

yep that's the problem
the shrimp from the second stage (for sashimi) can't be used for seafood pasta
this also applies to other ingredients (e.g. fish for sashimi/sushi also can't be used for seafood pasta, steak meant for burgers can't be used for burritos, etc.)
there are some ingredients that you can use across different orders (tomato from salad can also be used for burgers) but generally i would recommend using ingredients from their respective stages
