#keep getting this error when I click on "online play". anyone knows what's the solution?

Hello, thank you for this report. So that we can better understand what might be causing this problem, we would like to request that you please follow the steps below:
- On the system page of your PlayStation 4/5, open Settings
- Check for and confirm with us any Parental Controls that are in-place
- Navigate back to the Settings menu and select Network
- Choose the option to Test Internet Connection
- Once the test has been completed, please take note of the results and include them in a response
- Return to the Network menu and choose View Connection Status
- Please respond with the following information from this page;
• Connection Method
• Proxy Server
• NAT Type
Network-related issues might also be the result of PlayStation Network faults.
