Question about modding P5R

So I've already completed a normal playthrough of P5R before and its been a while so I wanted to do a new playthrough. I was wondering if there are any mods/mod menus that can allow:

• Editing party members(having later party members earlier like from chapter 1)
• Editing persona traits/skills or even potentially models
• Editing persona levels (so i can use lvl 40 personas early and not be too overpowered)
  Something along those lines? I tried researching and found a modmenu but i dont think its been updated for P5R (https://github.com/ShrineFox/Persona-5-Mod-Menu/)

Any help would be appreciated. Either by suggesting mods or working menus that do these things or if you have experience with ShrineFoxes modmenu and it that works for P5R

i dont have access to that to use in a playthrough? or is that for testing mods
