6 is Magic A, 7 is magic b, 8 is magic c, 9 is magic d and 10 is magic e.
As long as you follow that order, the animations should play smoothly (as shown by my Reaper boss, using the model and anims from reloads)

Basically Reload has a transparent layer mask on every enemy/personas so you gotta use a program to remove it.

Once your in, add the texture image in, then right click the layer on the bottom right, click Add Layer Mask, then click Transfer Layer's Alpha Channel.
It'll remove the transparent layer, then click Delete Layer Mask. the transparent layer will be completely gone, then you just gotta export it as normal.
Make sure it's one of the reload models, since currently I think they're the only ones that do that

Swordtrack is the trails that appear when the PTs do their melee attack, for example.
MotionSE is a file that applies sound effects to always play when an enemy does a specific animation

MotionSE is an extremely simple file, for the most part. Making a blank one, atleast as a placeholder, shouldn't be hard

Aight, so you have Persona 3 Reload and FModel correct?

Do you have P3R already set into FModel? Like you got the AES key?
click the top or bottom WindowsNoEditor, then hold down shift and click the opposite one so you have all of them selected.
then click Load.
you should now have a folder called P3R
i didnt see any load but right clicking gave me this
open the P3R folder.
You now should have Xrd777, L10N, localization, and Astrea.
Alright, back out of 3d viewer.
in the EM0122 (Jotun), right click the Models folder, then click Save Folder's Packages Models. they will all be saved on your Export folder.
Next same thing for the AnmBattle folder.
right click, then click save folders packages animations
Next, go to your FModel folder. the same folder your FModel.exe is in.
i know where it is
then follow the filepath:
Output\Exports\Game\Xrd777\Characters\Enemy
You'll see EM0122 in there.
Next, open Blender, and Import PSK. (you should have the plugin for that)

Find the model in there, and import it.
That model is the TPose.
the rest is simple.
Add in the animations one by one and export them one by one.
In Blender's export menu, export it as a FBX. make sure to tick OFF All Actions, it'll be in the Bake Animation section.
That's basically it. You don't have to since it looks like it worked fine, but I export my FBXs through Noesis, but again you don't have to.
Load your FBX into GFD, and boom, Reload Model ported.'
All Reload enemies and personas can be ported like that. Party members is a different situation all together, even i don't know how to do that

You click Import PSA (Skeleton Anim) then you find the animation, it'll be in the Anmbattle folder.
if you exported both the model and animation, they'll both be in the Enemy folder, with their ID, in this case EM0122

i'll be trying to use a difficulty modifier that checks the 'difficulty level' set by each different enemy, and do targetting logic based on that. so if i can ever eventually hook the game's difficulty to the script, simply having different difficulty values add different points to the 'difficulty level' should be an easy feature to add later on

fun fact, for the randomness here i actually roll twice and average the results to get the random number
also for the first cleave-only turn, if the table ever rolls cleave 3 times in a row, the 4th action will always be watching, vice versa if it watches 3 times in a row, the 4th will always be cleave

More Personas than Shadows: More opportunities to negotiate and obtain masks, as well as auto full analysis the moment you acquire one of these personas. The shadows you need to try stuff out since they arent obtainable for you to wield.
They are fully unegotiable

More Shadows than Personas: Fewer opportunities to negotiate, as the persona-shadows dont appear as often. Gives less opportunities to farm resources that is not from direct combat, enemy affinities are harder to pinpoint without a guide or without trying stuff out, since most of them arent ontainable as personas
Then 50/50 which is self explanatory
Basically
More personas = easier
More shadows = harder
will you providing the guide for Take your Time or will the community have to make one? Like as they go along, they make their own notes instead of using yours
I'll provide the docs because the other alternative is unrealistic
However, i'll emphasize that it is recommended to not look up on the docs on your first playthrough, only if you are needing its extra technical info(of course, you do what you want. But the intended experience is not guide-dependant)
hm, well youre already making negotiation somewhat rng to avoid it being a get out of jail free card, so too many non-demon shadows i think risks going overboard and making negotiation borderline irrelevant
maybe early game skews toward more demons and late game skews toward more shadows? since in early game you dont have as many demons to fuse away while in late you can buy from compendium more and have unlocked personas that are fusion-only anyway
I mean the system can be altered. If i am to introduce more shadows, then i'd accordingly increase the odds
There would still need to be risk in negotiation, otherwise you'd be able to cheese every shadow fight that has a persona in the middle by asking for money

I wonder how interesting would a confidant ability that gives these shadows a low chance of negotiation be. Of course, they wouldnt give themselves as persona, but i wonder if tying each shadow to a treasure demon would work, and you get that demon on success

I'll elaborate again cause why not (my pc will only come back tomorrow afternoon and im bored 🙂)
Basically: stuff happens through the city, and if you locate the spot, you can begin a scripted battle.
This ranges in complexity, but think of them like mini-quests. It is expanding on the scrapped idea of the metaverse being more intertwined with the real world
There are two ways i could go about this: only you and mona would be able to enter these fights (party temporarily gone), with the navi switching to mona. But i wonder if i can use the npc follower system in a way to have the party member following you as part of the fight... 🤔
The other way is for you to 'call everyone' and have the battle be like normal
Either of these have their pros and cons that i can elaborate more on

Not sure how true it was, but before you could go out in the city and hear people talking, that would give you a reason to go to mementos instead of relying on mishima.
There's even a set of NPCs in the game that still somewhat have that code as their dialogue bubble is a different color then others.
This would work much better with the themes of the game. Conceptually you are an outcast that blends in and overhears what others are talking about after all
But this would not result in mementos, because it wouldnt be someone's desire you have to steal, but more like actual rogue shadows

Oh yeah, the idea would also be that in the theatre, there are different screenings per month, and you can bring one party member with you to watch that movie (only once. Raises social stats and confidant points). Each screening ends up in a shadow fight that will be with you, mona, and that character you chose
In practice, you are likely to spawn in walls in unintended fields
The trick is you gotta find enough space for the characters, camera, and enemies
and also make sure the camera doesn't let you see cut off walls or anything
So i could have a battle happening in the middle of a highway in shibuya...

Pros of a more 'individual' approach: its more interesting, provides a different dynamic to these battles compared to the normal ones in the metaverse
Cons: a reason i came up with this idea in the first place was to give you some non-time commital space to test out some of the many skills your party members gain inbetween metaverse visits, because it can quickly pile up without you getting to try em out by the sheer amount of things that can give you skills. So this idea will not work that well for that goal
(But fr i already said that, and this is just not the place for het shipping. Like, pick your audiences better)

I could theoretically start with a very low shadow ratio, but gradually closer to the end of the game, personas end up having a lower ratio instead
Ig enemy personas already dont have much variance at the end of the game, because they are designed to be acquired through fusion instead
Funny that in the third sem there's the super shadow variants of early game shadows, because they needed some new enemies to pad out that section, and there arent many options for that by then i suppose
These will probably go first if im running out of slots for new shadows
I think that with cbt i should be able to basically remove any boss that uses a normal persona model?
It allows me to edit all the data at the start of the only battle they appear
Ig i could also use cbt to 'clone' early level shadows into higher ones, by calling its commands in the ai script
Maybe this allows me to introduce enemy scaling, by checking at which point of the game you are, then modifying the data accordingly 🤔
There are pros and cons to each of these i'd have to throughly consider 
After deadline and at mission start are relatively close, but there's quite a bit of difference still
Mementos opens up more after the deadline, right? Meaning that all early enemies have been buffed when you go there as soon as possible, after mission start is slightly easier because of that, giving you a short window with weaker enemies
You'll kinda need to go to the earlier paths still for the quest bosses, so there's that
This brings to my next thought, limiting quick travel in some way in mementos. How to do it in a way that doesnt suck.... I wouldnt know

There isnt a clean way to separate the story changes, since they are instrisically interconnected with everything else here
R&V compatibility would be too much work, since the story changes do indeed conflict a lot
Example: the story constantly addresses rei's tomboyishness
Just because some changes might be controversial, doesnt mean i'll go out of my way to please the hypothetical people the mod is not even aimed towards in the first place
