A channel which has a lot of archived game saves for every game at various points in time with various levels of progress. People would be able to contribute their saves to this archive channel which can either be used for people who want to skip ahead while playing or by modders who want to test their mods.

well what's the harm in making a thread for it so we wouldn't have to ask everytime? while i do think that modding resources would be a good place for it, it would get annoying after a while having to ask everytime you want to get your saves posted

You can just ask someone to post a single link to a Google drive for example with your saves
that's exactly how the P4G saves are handled
or even just a zip file with all the saves.
frankly you should not need to ask more than a few times to post saves. if you need to, you're doing it wrong

yeah a google drive or some other cloud storage would be ideal
because you only have to ask for the link to be posted once
and whenever you want to update the save archive you just update the google drive

theres also posting saves to gb, although i wouldnt hurt having a massive collection somewhere
incidentally do any of you have a p5r save with shinya close to his request but not quite there yet
