it wasnt crashing when i was playing in english, but someone told me that by using the localisation framework mod i would be able to play with any language

and the games works in french

That only works with mods updated for Localization Framework

Config Clarity isn't one of them which is probably the most causing the issue

You can try disabling it

#

Again, I don't recommend using CEP with any text language other than English as you'll probably run into similar issues elsewhere

yes it stopped crashing and fixed the issue i had with the settings, cuz it wasnt the only issue but the surely the most disturbing one
