#Mods crash some bosses.

Hello everyone, I am new to this server, and to the series.

To be honest haven't really been playing Persona yet, but I wanted to help a friend and wanted to see if I could be given some pointers.

So there is this guy Garrulous 64 that has been playing Persona 4 golden live with some mods.

Sometimes for whatever reason the game having mods seems to crash when fighting bosses, seems like it could be related to super bosses.

He mostly has game fixes and aesthetic things, for music, hud, cat dojima and so on.

So far we haven't figured out what could be causing the crashes so I personally wanted to proactively ask if you guys have faced anything like this and if you have any ideas of if there are any mods that could cause instability if together and/or active.

Ideally we would need to know his mod list to figure that out

we absolutely need more info. I think he should hop on the server and ask for himself - it's nice of you to try and ask on his behalf but it's virtually impossible to troubleshoot like this

Ok so yeah I saw on the mod page that the mod crashes bosses as a softlock

you actually only need to TURN THIS FLAG ON

What program are you using to do this? And where would I find the "encount.tbl" file

it's a python

you need to use amicitia program to extract it

Yeah Dylan was mostly mentioning that he was trying to figure out why it could happen, after the explanation was given everything is in order, and since it works for mostly everything except the boss fights it seems to be ok

the best way to try is turn the bitflag on and then go to contrarian king

That would be ideal, but I also can't blame people getting bored or just not caring enough to do it.

Had a situation with a Mario 64 coopdx mod that was almost what I needed but the modder never quite finished it.

After a lot of trial and error I just had to leave it, since I couldn't find a way to fix it myself lol
