Edit how? Please break down clearly what you're ultimately trying to achieve and what you've done so far

#

/ how you've tried to figure it out so far

How does the blender -> AMD part work?

#

Or will it work at all? Since some of these games with ancient engine hate it when we change the models.

In P4GModelCoverter, check these settings under first button: Extract TIM2 Textures
Check these settings under second button: Convert Textures to TM2
Either click the “Generate MDS from Model” button and select your .fbx or drag the .fbx onto the button
An .mds file should be generated (if there are multiple, use the one with the longest name) so now drag the file onto the “Fix MDS for P4G” button
An .mds with _p4g at the end will be generated
Check these settings under third button: Fix output GMO for PC, Preview New GMO w/ (app of your choosing)
Either click the “Generate new GMO from MDS” and select the .mds with _p4g or drag the .mds onto the button
Open the .mds in a text editor and find “Materials” section. It will say Materials “insert_name_here”. Get the .mds of a model from the game and copy the data in the “Material” section before “Layer” and paste it under each material. Make sure that the OG model that you’re copying from is from the same field that you plan to put your model in. For example, if you’re putting your model in a certain event, the model you’re copying from has to be from that same event since Material data differs between events and fields.
To extract OG animations, extract GMO of model using Amcitia from the .amd file
Either click “Generate MDS from Model” button and select .gmo file or drag .gmo file onto button
To add OG animations to your model, either click the “Fix MDS for P4G” button and select the .mds or drag the .mds onto the button
This will load the model in, so after that check the “Load animation” box under the middle button
On the far right click the import button and select the _p4g.mds for animations you want to load
To save animation changes, click “Update MDS animations” button
Make sure to copy and paste blinddata onto weapon hand bone and card bone (idk if this is just for player model)
Then, drag resulting .mds file to third button (use file with longest name)
Then, drag resulting .gmo file onto Sadoaiya
