How do i install this mod?

The mod only comes with two folders which i will include in screenshots below. The mod page itself doesnt have instructions on installation either, and dragging it to Reloaded doesnt work.

folder name within "i_am_all_of_me"

you should be able to just drag the zip onto the reloaded window

I do that but Reloaded doesnt show an "Installed!" screen after

although the creator should really be using the publish button instead of zipping by hand
