#Some costumes not equipable in-game with many costume mods installed

TL;DR: Have a ton of costume and costume pack mods installed at the same time, some of them don't show up in the equip interface. They are all still seemingly in the game but only appear when using randomized costumes.

I have a ton of costume mods installed, and they all work independently when was testing them one after the other, though it seems that the game, or perhaps costume framework, is unable to get them all to show up on the equippable list. The costumes that do appear on the in-game list are approximately in order of mod install priority, with the higher prio ones showing up on the list before crowding out(?) the lower priority ones.

I can't manually equip some of the costumes but they do appear to be selectable by the randomized costume feature. For example, I don't see the Megaman or some of the Arena Ultimax outfits on the list, but they are sometimes chosen when I have the randomized costume on. So they are still being loaded into the game but I can't see them on the list. Anyone know a fix for this?

For reference I have the following costume / costume pack mods installed in this order:
Jetstream Sam Junpei Outfit
2B Mitsuru Costume
Kingdom Hearts Outfit Pack
Elma Mitsuru Costume
Tales of Series: Legacy Outfit Pack
Tales of Series Legacy Outfit Extra
Officer's Academy Outfit Set
Early SEES Uniforms + Variants
Vengeance Nahobino and Demons
Nahobino Outfit
Thanatos Outfit
ZeroEXE for Shinji
Jotaro Kujo for MC
Original Crew Neck T-Shirt
Brokeback Outfit for Junpei
Professor Garb for MC
Investigation Team Glasses
Door-kun

(The costumes from mods below mostly don't show up as equipable costumes for me in game but they are properly created by costume framework in the console log and are sometimes chosen when I have the random outfit equipped in game) (They also function properly and appear as normal if I disable some of the other ones above)

Xenoblade Outfits
Persona 4 Arena Ultimax Outfits
Megaman X Outfits

Is there some sort of costume limit, either for costume framework or the in-game interface? Costume framework release 1.5.5 indicates that it should be able to handle up to 10,000 costumes and I have a lot, but not that many...

All the costumes are properly created in the reloaded II console, and the only error I see is near the bottom and it says:
[P3R.CostumeFramework] [ERR] Failed to find pattern for GET_PARTY. Pattern: 40 53 48 83 EC 20 8B D9 E8 ?? ?? ?? ?? 48 85 C0 75 ?? 48 83 C4 20 5B C3 8B D3 48 8B C8 E8
However that error happens even if I have no costume mods installed.

I was curious, so I tried something a bit pepega but discovered something interesting in the process. The costumes don't quite work but the interface does...
I merged all of the costume mods into one mod by just copying the UnrealEssentials folder from each mod over, then disabled all of the individual mods, and only enabled the merged mod.
As far as I can tell, all of the costumes are now showing up on the equipable list, even the ones that did not appear when they were all individually enabled.
Edit: Seems this only applied to early party members, see below for more details

At least in my case, it seems like jamming all the costumes together into one mod gets them to all display in the equip interface (and fixes my specific problem) though I don't know how to get the options/configs to merge
Edit: See below, it was only for the early party members apparently

that, seems unlikely hmm

#

doing that would just mostly change the order the costumes are loaded: instead of each mod, per character starting with player, it'd be just per character since they're all in one mod

#

so later characters like shinji and ken would more likely have missing costumes

I don't have them in the party yet so when they join I'll check them too

#

I found a save online that was at/near endgame so I loaded that up to check their costumes, and yes, what you said seems to be the case, the later characters (Aigis, Ken, Koromaru) have missing costumes in the interface (but they are still selectable by the randomize feature)

Hey what was the dependency you needed to enable?

# stuck laurel Hey what was the dependency you needed to enable?

this is what I had in the ModConfig.json dependency section when I put all the costumes into one mod
While it does fix the costumes being visually broken when equipped (floating head or melted on the floor sliding around) it doesn't fix my original problem of not seeing some of them on the equip list, it just shifts it to other later characters and their costumes are missing from the list instead of earlier party members

I wonder if having the mod in a pak would be any better 🤔. Cause priority in ue4 is due to chunks rights?

Imma experiment later.
