Your user folder shouldn't be managed by OneDrive so you're probably okay there, but you could try moving it

To C:/Mods/P4Gmods for example

Have you tried restarting your PC

You can also try verifying your game files again or deleting the cache in the Persona Essentials mod folder

Also make sure all the prerequisites are installed

Win32? Are you using 32-bit Reloaded?

I'd try clearing out the cache

#

Open the p5rpc.modloader folder in your Reloaded directory and delete the Cache folder
