All In One Prerequisite Installer not showing up as .exe file

I downloaded the file from Github but it won't show up as an .exe file, but .py. If I try to run it, it just prompts me to choose an app to run the file. I watched a tutorial on how to set up Reloaded and when downloading the Prerequisite installer in the description it comes as .exe and I'm able to run it, though I can't use bc it's an older version and the prompt tells me to get a newer version from Github, which is what I tried and failed as it does download but I'm not able to run it

you need 7zip to extract it

you have to use 7zip to open that file and get the .exe from it
