I decided to screen record my screen because I saw something pop up but it was too fast for me to read, then I paused my screen recording at a certain point to encounter this error. Huh, I might need to uninstall and reinstall Reloaded, but IDK for sure.

Okay, so new problem: I can't uninstall Reloaded. Like, I literally can't find it under "programs and features" or "installed apps".

I turned off P5R Unhardcoded Toolkit, and this is the log that showed up before the game ultimately crashed again.

I tried using Reloaded with mods, then Steam directly.
I uninstalled it and am now reinstalling it.

Did you try verifying game files? (if you didn't then try that once it's installed again)

Okay, I tried verifying game files after uninstalling and reinstalling P5R, but it still crashed as soon as it opened. I'm honestly at a loss of what to do. Are my save files the problem or something?
Maybe having ZMenu is the problem...

Okay so I tried Reloaded, and there's still a problem. Steam works fine though.
Here are two logs. One has lots of mods while the other has a few.
Here's a log with everything literally turned off, and Reloaded still refuses to work.
Does Reloaded need to be updated...?
