Game keeps crashing on loading boot

Doesn't matter what I do, the game just stops booting up at the start of the game.

Here's my list

with that said i think the cursor mods are broken on 1.0.4

but they're not always reliable so

thats not my thread but i cant find any help online i got the same problem but my game wont even start with all mods off do you maybe know why?

also my steam version also crashes upon opening im helpless

@worthy thistle did something change recently in reloaded? That's two people that have been unable to start a game with no mods 🤔

the fix for the last person was to put reloaded on the same drive as the game i think

No, no loader/launcher code were changed.

Only installer.

I've seen cases where people had special characters (Unicode) in their file paths though, e.g. in their user name.

And the games themselves were unable to handle that.

Could be that.

im not sure why it happend i didnt play p5r in a long time but after the update it just boots up to the black screen then crashes

i also dont get any crash report or any not froim steam or reloaded

I would first suggest validating game files tbh

Maybe your actual game files themselves are borked if you can't start unmodded

I suggest just making sure your game folder's clean in the first place. Delete all except CPK files and verify files. Should be easiest quick way.

good news it starts bad news i cant load a safe because i still have modded personas in my persona list

do they get deleted if i just reinstall p5?

you have modded costumes equipped. you dont have those costume mods enabled so the files are missing.

costume framework will use a default in that case
