When Launching the mod, always the same error no matter the enabled or installed mods

I included an image of the error I'm getting, i downloaded the newest version of the mod and tried to launch to it would download dependencies but was just given this error.

There may not be, it means downloading updates/dependencies in launcher is borked entirely, even with hardcoded metadata.
