the clipping is an animation problem, not a model problem really, we could try andinstead bindthe skirt to the leg parts however that can become inaccurate in could make other animations worse, for the autumn outfit

Well a lot of the issues are fixable by editing thr animations, haven't gotten to any of the further gaps yet but they probably have similar issues
It's kinda odd this is the case, considering the armature is the same
Tomorrow I should go look at the models and see if any of those thigh twist things need to be renamed
99.9% of the issues are just: warping shoulders and legs (sometimes part of the arm) and clipping of the clothing
But otherwise they're fine
But those are the parts that displayed the most issues
It could be the animation, it could be unrigged verts like you mentioned earlier
We have to look at each model to see how they look (to be more precise, I should be the one looking, then reporting back)

Phantom thieves donβt have unique models for 3rd semester besides winter outfits, so youβll need to replace harus winter outfit with violas metaverse outfit, or stick with the normal world outfit.
Youβll also need to change the battles that involve her to use the winter outfit

Hypothetically that would also make it so EVTs can be edited to add this new model for cutscenes (not the full blown animated ones)
so she AND Haru can be in the same scene with Viola just using Sumi animations

Well, party member stuff is inherently going to be more complicated. I don't think there's a way around this that isn't "replace Sumi instead" for battles.

It's just the file paths that are hardcoded. You can change the files themselves.

name, arcana change, model change, animation change
She's (viola) is an ice user but a psi user is invaluable because she's the only one you get unless you fuse a psi centered persona
Which is more work for the player
If Viola's a Ice User, and the point of the mod is to replace haru entirely (i think?), then shouldn't be too hard to change the skills to ice

Unless we made a persona and put it into the compendium so players still have access to psi skills

Antigone has body markings , but....
I can't get my screen tablet to connect properly. In order to get the cleanest lines, I certainly can't do that with a mouse
And I have no clue how to translate those body markings on the dds
Other wise all Antigone needs is for her hair and clothing to be weighted
The only downside is that her model is Sati, and said model is from Reload. Idk if the animations can translate over

I mean, iirc, togas are a single piece of cloth that was draped across the body a specific way
And they generally weren't body-conforming-close to the person
So realistically you don't need to scale or refit the toga
From the screenshot you sent before, you just need to hide the sandals
when I rotated the spine bone the upper body clipped through

All other toga models were either sexy togas, or the wrong type of toga (since antigone is athenian. Greeks and romans had different looks for their togas)

not yet! If possible, I plan on asking the server what types of confidants they enjoyed, what they'd want to see/play as the player, etc

I can't please everybody, but I don't want this confidant to be one where the general consensus is that it sucked balls and they don't know why they picked up Royal again for a shit ass confidant

The body markings are based off of ancient athenian pottery! Usually they were always black and gold
Some pottery had individuala painted gold with a black outline and sometimes they were painted back with a gold outline
Sometimes the lines were white
And tomorrow I should be able to start working on those GUI pics 
I read the costume framework also works for GUI stuff
Makes all the added stuff items

Also the model inside of the persona select menu is bugged. That I'm not sure can be fixed.
Also in visual tbl the model size needs to be 100%. By default, it's 60%
Idk the specifics but the uv map got nuked on Blender import. I recovered it from a dae export so no big deal. I just use Arsene for testing so don't worry about that

No, it is definitely possible. The only reason you notice her so much is because you've played the game before. Even then there is a way to make this not an issue. You just have to find it really. But how kasumi was implemented was definitely not the final stage of what can be done.

well theres no real point thinking about them until you can figure out how to expand upon it. I mean theres a chance it's impossible. But you wont know till you've seen everything. You might even think of something that you never would've otherwise.
I'll say this: If someone didn't enjoy Sumi's role in Royal, they're very unlikely to play a mod that involves the addition of an OC. So I don't think that's an opinion you need to be worried about. There's no way she's not going to feel a little bit tacked on, and that's fine! Having fun with it is more important than pleasing people who are already not on board with the idea (and, again, are probably not even going to be using the mod).
