#How to fix the translucent texture of P3R?

I unpacked the model and textures of P3R, but unfortunately the textures are semi-transparent, which causes them to show up incorrectly when used on my own shader, and I would like to correct him to a normal texture, is there a good way to do that?

I've already tried using Photoshop to add a black background to the decals, but it doesn't work very well and a lot of the detail doesn't show up!

If you want to get rid of the transparency in photoshop you can go to top most bar and click on

Layer -> Layer Mask -> From Transparency

From there you can select the layer mask on the right and press "Control + L" to open the levels menu

In the top box labeled "Input levels" you can adjust the white slider on the right and move it all the way to the left, that should remove all transparency.

Also, if you do use FModel to unpack textures, you can right click the texture and click "Disable Alpha Channel" and then export that texture to get rid of the transparency.

Thanks for your help, but I'm having some more difficulties:
Although I managed to remove the transparency in Photoshop, the image lost a lot of detail. I tried overlaying the original semi-transparent layer and it looks like I got some details back, but I don't know the correct blending mode, I'm using Positive Overlay now!
