its supposed to improve the fps but it didnt
in the mall the game is still runinng at slow fps
how can i see if its enabled ?

Well it unlocks fps not improves it
Makes it so there's no cap to how high your frames can get other than your system
Though you couldn't really tell if it was unlocked without something to measure fps

oh, i thought it will increase the fps limit everywhere in the game, cuz for exemples the fps in the mall or in the entrance of the tower are lower than at school
