Left is 32-bit and right is 64-bit mainly noticeable on Yu's hair

I already have MP4s made that I'm giving the encoder surely I can just use them as is
Also, 32-bit srcs doesn't need to be 1088
And they're quick to make too since I can use my GPU
they're cropped a bit to retain the aspect ratio

Vita EN/Vita JPN/atlustube official 2012 upload, different colors, not YT player jic (atlus west is inferior quality but same colors)/32 is YT colors/64 is back to Vita colors
color difference are ofc consistent for each set of the movies

also, I first played through the game just this February with JPN VO, so mb that kinda helped to notice

turns out I effed up two sections of P4CT014 EN audio real good in May 
No one had noticed

Do you happen to know anyone good with upscaling, or possibly you're good at it yourself?
also, if you ever decide to do convert P4CT001 (meaning the _e.wmv), you'll have to exclude the first 187 frames (the disclaimer) in order for it to exactly match 64-bit src (pin if needed)
