You're using AtlusScriptTools, yes? The command I use, assuming you have the executable in your current directory:
AtlusScriptCompiler.exe /path/to/{scriptname}.BF -Decompile -Library P5R -Encoding P5R_EFIGS

Well, it clearly doesn't like your file path, but it's hard to say what the issue is. Can you show the full filepath you're providing?

Note: I'm not using a GUI It's named that because I yeeted the GUI out that folder when it stopped working. (I'll post the file) Can someone try to use decompile it.
Or maybe it's because it isn't the IMS chat and it can't be decompiled, but I'm not sure what else this can be.

No, the exe is running and the script file is the correct one. It doesn't like the path you're giving for the script file.

I'm now banned from Script compiler at least the non-GUI version
I even moved the file to Desktop
Since it didn't like the file path, I think it might be a computer error. maybe doing it on my laptop will work I'm probably not doing anything wrong but my computer is shiteing the bed

I tried it on a different comp and not putting it anywhere near a directory of program files, and I still got cooked by way of the worst possible outcome which is, it's also saying "This app can't run on your PC" They won't even let me properly do command lines.🫡
And the GUI just duplicates itself whenever I try to use it, doing nothing.
