BMD Merging with DLL blanks out all skill descriptions.

Using the new BMD Merging for Signature Skills+ blanks out all skill descriptions. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or anything. Haven't tested whether or not the DLL is to blame but hearing reports that BMD merging might be bugged.

I used bmd emulator to edit the costume descriptions in rise outfits and it worked fine, you could have a look at that and see if you did something wrong. If not I guess I can have a look tonight

admittedly most of the code is copypaste from bf emu which swine wrote, so.

so they can be enabled and disabled on a per case basis
