I was just asking about the PC version of P3P's mods working on the PSP version (specifically PPSSPP) because I'd seen some that had a few compatibilities (like some P4G PC working on P4G Vita) but I took a closer look at the file extensions. Unless I'm just tired and mistaken and .json will work on PPSSPP for Android?
