#Where is the White Day invite event?

I am trying to find the event where Joker goes to the flower shop, or Hanasaki, to get flowers for the white day date and then options pop up to invite someone to go out with you. I've looked through the BMD and BF files and have been unable to find it myself, so I am sure I am missing it somewhere in there.

Looks like that's in FIELD/HIT/FHIT_001_004_00.BF.
