Redesigning Panther’s Phantom Thief Outfit

Long story short I really dislike Panther’s PT outfit for a number of reasons, so it’d be cool if someone basically came up with one that isn’t quite so sexualized and also imo ugly. I realize this would be a massive undertaking since you’d have to make sure every single Panther animation doesn’t break, and depending on if you change the mask you’d ideally want new portraits (hence the Texture Edit tag), but it is something which is possible given the existence of the Female Protagonist mod (which involves an outright model swap including an adjusted PT outfit) and the Maskless PT mod (which shows the base outfits can be adjusted and aren’t hardcoded or anything). FYI I’m not realistically expecting someone to pick this up, I do realize how much you’d have to do for this, but you miss all the shots you don’t take, so yeah

I've actually been thinking abt doing this!! I'm new to 3D modeling tho, so I was gonna start the project as just a simple Texture Edit. I just need to save up enough to buy Royal on Steam (originally played it on PS4)

I was gonna do a few things.

• Recolor parts of her upper bodysuit to look kinda like she had a Black Jacket on
• Recolor those god damn ugly ass gloves
• Add a Rose symbol to her back
• Get rid of that stupid fuckin boob window by coloring the skin zone to at least LOOK like it's covered by... idk. SOMETHING

My 3D modeling work begins and ends at Lowpoly stuff tho, so I sadly don't have the proper skills to replace her fit with a completely new one

I don't personally dislike the OG, but this is a really cool design!! The roses and frilled skirt match very well with Carmen's aesthetic without taking away from Ann's original themes. The one thing I would suggest is putting the tail outside the skirt.

The original suit being skin-tight could make it easy enough to put overclothes on.

And then the rest would be adjusting the OG suit’s model/textures?

Obviously the skirt would be a challenge to implement without knowledge of how the devs do skirts.
