Using mods on mobile

Hello, I don't have a computer, but I wanted to use a mod p3p. I downloaded a mod (https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/6272/) and an app that's a patcher (Unipatcher on the Google Play Store), but I couldn't find any file that it supported from the hack itself (I don't have, and have never had issues with the rom). I then decided to follow the turorial until I found out that it said to use Mod Compendium, which had a .exe flie I had to run, but I can't run it on mobile. Thank you in advance to whoever may answer my question.

if you're on PPSSPP you can just use the mod loading cheat and use mods that don't require merging

lots of mods don't require merging but some do

how can you tell if a mod requires merging?

also I don't really understand how to llading mods into cheats

tbf most mods require merging just for compatibility

so flow mods and tmx mods are almost completely off the table

but pios mods sometimes require merging

so stuff like P3F model port, P3F tartarus camera
