just so you know @orchid shoal you can just throw widescreen patches into your normal cheats folder. The only difference between a file in cheats and a file in widescreen patches is whether it loads when you click "enable widescreen patches" or "enable cheats"

if you want undub, use an unmodifed rom and use the undub mod - you'll have more compatibility and can use other mods

make sure ur textures are in textures/slus-21621/replacements in ur pcsx2 folder. elf needs to be in the same location as output folder. delete ur elf and get the correct one from vanilla p3 fes iso

well everything worked except the cutscenes are stuck with black screen only
one quick question though is it okay if I put the game in my output folder with the elf file ?

did you set iso path in ELF properties?
right click the ELF and on the screen that opens you should see something like this. route it to your iso, then try booting the ELF
