#Sharp Pixel Background not working
38 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Does it still not work if you disable all your other mods except that one (and Persona Essentials etc ofc)?
If it starts working, that would indicate that one of your other mods is conflicting
oh it works now
After disabling the other stuff as suggested, you mean?
yeah
So one of your other mods is conflicting then
Time to play "enable one by one until you narrow it down"
i see, ok ty for the help :>
Np. Let us know in this thread which one it was when you find it. Might help the next person who comes searching this server with the same issue.
seems to be "Visible Rankup Ready"
@silk violet
I'd guess it doesn't support pak merging, visible rankup ready edits a bf file in that field
Yeah, that's it. @fresh wave can you update sharp pixel backgrounds to support pak merging when you have the time please.
so uh
reason why i didnt do that
i have no way of batching it, it's every single background texture in the game
Oh, ok. I guess I could try and write something to do it, I'm fairly sure it should be possible to automate
@fresh wave This should work, put it in the mod's folder like this, in it edit PAKPAK to point to PAKPack.exe (I hope you have it) then run it.
I would just do it myself and send them to you but the mod's 4.5gb...
Did you really compress 4.5gb down to 45mb or did I mess something up?
Also my C drive is now out of space so I have to clean it up before I can do anything :(
It takes a bit on the first start since there are so many files but it seems to be working fine
Yeah i thought the mod was suspiciously small 💀
I'll peek in a bit
PAKPack is one of the files in cripaktools right
Did you get it working? If not I can just do it myself and zip it
I couldn't no, but I also kinda wanted to know why it wasn't working
Maybe the path to pakpak is wrong?
Or maybe you aren't running it from the right folder? I assumed it was being run from the root folder of the mod, if not stuff probably won't work
I wish I could just see the problem but that isn't really a helpful error, it could be coming from a number of places...
Here's the first one
The other one's just too big so you get a google drive link instead

@fresh wave There you go, those should both be good to publish
