her "neutral" does have her mouth slightly more upwards

The "no glasses" equivalent is Kasumi with her long hair. She doesn't tie her hair into a ponytail when she goes to sleep
The 3rd portrait on the screenshot above is the interrogation portrait
Personally, I've kept the ponytail for the interrogation, but Wisteria went with the long hair (after people voted for it)

Like the Naoto in Mudkip's tutorial I turned the new mesh for the costume boneless, and it's posed to match the exact way the Kasumi one is
Perchance is there a follow-up on how you then match P5R bones to a new mesh? Does that have to be done by loading an animation
Luckily the textures for it are already DDS since Atlus made Tokyo Mirage too
I think what you're looking for is "Weight transfer"
You can find tutorial for that, it's fairly easy, but you'll probably have to ajust some stuff by hand

I know you only did it because someone else asked you to and you don't think too much about it, but I still sincerely want to thank you for removing the shirt.
It always bothered me because 1) wearing something long in a hot, humid weather is just yikes (same issue with Yusuke...), 2) now that Kasumire is the protagonist, it feels out of place that she has such a unique outfit and 3) the shirt personally reminded me of ones I was forced to wear as a kid. They were uncomfortable to wear and (imo!) pretty ugly. So Kasumi wearing it gave me unwanted flashbacks.

if you were able to yoink the collar from sumiās original summer outfit, that would make it technically more accurate but its up to you lol
ann wears the technically correct shirt but her collar is even messier than standard uniform
you dont have to edit it at all btw it might be more work than its worth but i just wanted to mention it

The neck isn't a separate mesh and it would be quite a bit of work to extract it and attach it to the shirt. There'll be clipping issue too, so I'd rather keep it as it is

well, the good thing about it being an optional config is that you donāt need to use them if you donāt like them

Regarding the issue with the event where a friend comes to visit, it was caused by the fact that the āKasumi as Protagonistā version had processed the public bath options, and the addition of a translation file to āL10Nā had overwritten this file. I've performed the integration process.

For the version with Kasumi as the protagonist, the long-hair model is in a separate file,
so would it be okay to prepare another file specifically for the long-hair model?

The newer models have new "socks" that are very long (up to the white fur of the boots) and appear to clip outside the boots when viewed in GFDstudio or Blender. That's normal, they're not visible when the boots are on

Basically, if you change the thighs on those models, you'll also need to change the "socks" because it won't look like socks at all when the boots are off
All the default models are like that too (when they have shoes that can be taken off)

I think the Yoshizawa's Notification Tone in Kasumi as protagonist doesn't work. Enabling sill plays Joker's tone for me. I tried the same option in Gentle Sound mod and it works there

There are few models that have subtle differences which makes it necessary to edit them separately
Look at date of edition of each files and the size. This should tell you if it's a duplicate or not
By the way, I recommend making a backup of those models you've edited somewhere in case I update the model mod. They might get replace by the original after the update

Yeah because Atlus was tryna use the Persona Anime to name the Protags for a Canon and while Kotone(P3P) didn't have an Anime for herself, the Stage Play(Wierd Masquerade), she was in was the closest thing they can use to canonically name her as P3P Remasters/Ports now use the name Kotone Shiomi for P3P FeMC for default name

Oh that absolutely warms my heart. Both as a genderqueer girl gamer and as a queer gamer. Whenever sheās finished her second or third playthrough of P5R&Violet Dragon Quest 11 has a Definitive Heroine mod that will also let her play as a girl. (itās the only other turn based i can think of right now thatās not a pain to mod. But also it is fun)
Aside from that R&V is heartwarming and Kasumi is so much fun to olay!

You probably have a config option for the bustup in one of your mods that isn't set to default
Check in Kasumi as Protagonist
Set it to default
That way, the pause menu arts from MyTamagos in my alternate model mod will override them

the glove pull happens on the finisher, there are white and red combo recolors for sumi which also effects the portrait and finisher

They donāt have to be the same since Sumi goes over Joker, to access those portraits you can download the alt ponytail models and configure them in reloaded

Not entirely sure why, when, or how, but Futaba just won't refer to protag sumi as Violet anymore and is instead going by the normal dialogue as if I didn't have the option enabled

I had to stop using your lower sound mod it broke the boss fight for Haru's palace and the november palace. No music and the combat sound effects glitched in and out
i tried a few other combos of mods and the only fix I found was to turn that mod off
Yea, ended up fixing it. Was an issue with another unrelated mod I had installed 
All I can recommend is making sure Ryo Framework is on the latest version
I'm not able to reproduce any of those issues and have gotten up to that point

Just for fun (and to test my texture editing prowess) I threw together a sailor moon-inspired texture edit + kitbash of Kasumi's Raidou outfit. This was largely an experiment to see what I could make by kitbashing/editing vanilla assets without actually importing or modelling anything new (since I'm not that good yet). Do what you will with it.
The textures on the shirt are kinda rough particularly on the back, but you could interpret it as 'Sumi having been shoved into the dirt by some bullies.

Redid the shirt textures for that Sailor Moon-inspired texture edit. It's not perfect since there are some faint horizontal lines, but the back's a lot cleaner now.
Edit: darkened the black outlines and increased the saturation on the blue parts so it stands out a lil more.
Did something change with the facial animations? I've noticed ProtagSumi is stuck with a neutral expression in some cutscenes now. That didn't happen a while ago

It's definitely EMT0001.GAP. I tried with an old one and those expressions are back.
The latest edits of that file are from 11 September
Which means that those expression were added when the darkened face / facial expressions were being fixed for the victory run animation
Nah, it's still happening. That part of the cutscene is okay though
So the EMT0001.GAP from 11/09 has one additional blend animation (n°60) compared to the old one
All the others are identical

Well, after tinkering for a bit, I don't know how to fix this. Animation 60 looks similar to animation 28, but simply replacing it doesn't work (as in, it breaks the victory darkened face again)
It's not supposed to happen though. She's supposed to be like how she is on the left because she's trying to keep Maruki from falling. It doesn't look too bad on that screenshot, but she's really like '_' during multiple frames of that cutscene

Although you could try moving anim 60 to an unused slot in the emt and changing the battle facialdat to use that slot
I don't think that's a good idea. Those facial animations are individual stuff like the corner of the mouth, of the eye... It's way too much work.
For now, I'm looking at the facial.dat with the 010 template. I'm not exactly sure how to find specific animations in them, so I'll keep looking.

I think the EMT0001.GAP has a limit on the number of blend animations. The one with 60 animations displays this warning when opening it in Blender

@kindred comet Here are my fixes.
Animation 60 has been moved to Animation 31 in the EMT so it no longers has 60 anims.
In the archive, "Default" folders have the base version of the files. The others are for the no darkened face option and the Smug AOA.
In case they need to be retested (and to keep a record) :
- Battle gameplay : All good. The victory animation works as it should with the fix that was made for it back in september.
- Event : 106_001 works as it did before = the closes her eyes when she falls to sleep at the end.
- Cutscenes : Yaldabaoth begone, Maruki checkmate, Protag holding maruki off a ledge all work as they did previously.
And for the funny : this is what she looked like in the Checkmate cutscenes when broken

Been thinking a lot about Kasumi as Protagonist and the courage its popularity and its creator gave me. So here is a rarity. I made a Canvas art piece a while back called āKinoshi - ćć®ćā The whole concept was for you to see what your Heart saw both in the title and the piece. This is a little different. I edited it a little and I feel it still has a lot of interpretations.
However, The figure with the ponytail is undoubtedly Sumi.
I leave your ideas and imagination as to who the figure next to her is if itās even another person and not just another side of Sumiās soul.
I titled this SumiNoKi or Spirit of Sumi. I hope you like it, I was very careful to maintain my brush strokes when I did he colour editing to get the vibrant red for Sumiās hair

yeah the main problem with mods for switch is the lack of ram due to memory limit thatās the main problem for it everything else works mostly fine but animation files are the limit for switch mods as field animations tend to crash it only way I got it working on emulation was by lowering the resolution
And Iāll be happy for the help and Iāll think of ideas for the android version but note I donāt use android stuff in all honesty
I can do some research and send links to help with problems though

I found the xenoblades full conversion music pack gave a great interesting touch to Kasumiās journey. Iām not even familiar with Xenoblades, but the modder really did a nice job with the tracks. It makes the game softer in a way but it also changes the tone quite a bit

I honestly get the desire to be able to swap in game, but clicking a few boxes on Reloaded before launching ain't that hard lol. Or better yet, you can just launch the game whitout Reloaded. Mod profiles are also a thing.
would be nice from a visual standpoint but would be extremely hard to implement for something that would be pretty redundant given this isnt a full game being distributed

and as it says i can't really hear any new audio
only the bgm that was playing before is running now
all SE seems to be dead

yeah i did the majority of my testing there for random junk and never ran into it
if it was an issue it would probably be with voice lines as my mod doesnt really add or edit that many audio files
though i havent had any issues with that mod either

If i touch up the opening for the mod is it possible for you to overlay lets say, kasums hair at the end over her ice skating down the road?
I remember you sort of doing that to paste the animation over a higher qualify
Cause I was thinking of redoing some parts to make it better

it's not really an "issue" per se and more just happens because kasumi's idle animation just looks like that
the bag was basically just slapped on
