so everytime i boot it up it say it's disabiling auto minimaps or something and I don't know why

no, i explicitly asked for the "texture settings" at the bar where it says display, rendering, etc, go into textures and send a screenshot of that

also, your aemulus path's are completely fucked. You need to set a cheats folder (it's going to be your pcsx2 folder/cheats) and your texture path needs to be changed (the correct path is pcsx2 folder/textures/SLUS-21621/replacements)
