#Shrinefox Mod Menu on PC Persona 5 Royal PC

So I have a small issue with Shrinefox's mod menu. The attached mod built by @bleak glacier is installed through Reloaded 2 after being built from here: https://github.com/ShrineFox/Persona-5-Mod-Menu/ and it works and shows correctly at the start screen.

However, I don't have a ps4 or ps3 controller, I only have an Xbox One Controller I can plug into my pc so when I press x, the equivalent of square on the xbox one controller to show the mod menu it doesn't show.

So I was just wondering is there any way to use ShrineFox's mod menu with an xbox one controller or just keyboard?

I'm guessing probably not without some form of controller emulation to a ps3 or ps4 controller to press square

It should work with an xbox controller. I use one and it works fine (although mine is an xbox series controller, maybe that makes a difference)

maybe I need to be further along in the story perhaps before I use the mod menu?

I think it doesn't work for the first few days. Get to the palace (the point where you can actually free roam in it) and I think it should start working

You can try pressing N on your keyboard. If that doesn't work then you do just need to be further
