The PC Version, it's fairly simple to do this with Cheat Engine, but the current version of the Mod Menu has no option to change Traits, and AFAIK, there's no save editor for Persona 5 Royal yet.

Not sure but it's the version iv been using on switch, got from a youtube video, no idea where to find it otherwise
