U can get 1 fragment a day by completing dailies

You can get hero fragments (specific or universal) which you can trade for heroes

Yeah, and there's a limited set of heroes you can get specific fragments for, currently anyhow

So you'll typically need universal fragments to get the ones that aren't in the rotation

Usually universal fragments are hard to get, but occasionally there will be events and stuff

Daily Activities is a feature that provides rewards and features for common task. They can be accessed via a scroll button on the top right of the screen, present only in the Living Room. Once inside, several options can be seen: Daily Tasks, Hero Fragments and Petland.

I didn't give the people the ability to create forums and tag them as questions to not use forums to ask questions, that's what they are here for

I prefer that they create a forum rather than clogging up a chat with a question that has been answered before, because these forums archive and can be found by other people with the same question more easily

Lastly, new forums catch the attention of people more, so it makes sense to use this feature if you need an answer fast
