#Make UR only accessible at level 100

Make it so you can only join friends if you've unlocked the level they're in with the character you're using.
Issue with this is UR is by far the best way to get chests + gold
Could you elaborate?
We won't be doing this unfortunately, (most likely)
We heavily recommend pairing together with friends, and folks from #1445917762529525782 or #〔🤝〕looking-for-game if you want to be very selective about who you play with
Could we at least get a "target floor" option when entering a dungeon? It's very difficult to grind UR for gold bc everybody at least wants floor 15, but speedrunning Frostgaard with Ranger I'd often end earlier than that.
that's a separate idea
When I leveled my ranger to 100 before UR I did not get enough gold to open a single legendary chest had to rely on the daily raffle and when we where given free legendary keys not only that I only ever got 2 chests from playing 1 of which gave me a snare scroll. Wanting people to get decently geared before UR is honestly just asking too much if I did not get the free legendary key I would have had a level 70 bow, 42 long Sword and a level 60 heal scroll.
Makes sense. My thoughts on this are: full completion of the campaign puts you around level 85-88, and rare chests are relatively cheap. Somebody joining UR should therefore at least be level 85, and their primary weapon should at least be an appropriately leveled rare weapon. I think making UR accessible at level 100 is too strict, but I also think having a blue (uncommon) level 70 primary weapon in UR is unfair for your team.
It's a weird issue, had to deal with this a lot in WoW where they want you to have the high level gear to do the raid that gives you the high level gear, just an issue you kinda gotta deal with.
That's why I don't go to UR with my highest lvl character, 89, because UR feels like this RL rich snob club, where you managed to get some money, enter it, and all the billionairs stare at you judgementally and menacingly.
I either have to grind alone in the previous levels to lvl 100 (which doesn't guarantee a lvl 100 purple weapon, with my currently 3k gold), or I have to do floors 1-3 alone in UR as lvl 89, it's a loss/loss situation for people like me either way.
Personally what makes me mad is people going there with a level lower than 90, rocking uncommon weapons. I don't mind people with rare weapons, but i've managed to find people going there with level 34 for example (lowest i ever found). This is infuriating some times, cuz it's obvious these people don't wanna help in the dungeon, they just leech there and get the rewards. Sometimes even high level players have blue weapons on them, when 20k is not so hard to farm these days.
This make it so it's way better to never go with randoms, which in turn will make public dungeons empty, forcing people to join groups. I would prefer if UR had at least a lvl 90 requirement
Actually, found even lower level, had to ask because of blue weapon
I do know what you mean, when I was lvl 70 in a ~lvl 70 dungeon, there was someone lvl 86 with lvl 30 main blue weapon basically doing nothing, but one shouldn't generalize it.
I for example as lvl 89 have a lvl 85 blue weapon, which is pretty good for my level, however it might not be good enough for UR but I have no other choice... I don't even want lvl 100 people, if I can find a group lvl 90 with lvl 90 or so blue/yellow weapons, so I can play UR, get a bit more gold so when I reach lvl 100, I can try to open a purple chest.
Yeah, it's a shame that because of these people, most players have a bad impression of blue/yellow weapons. Some even leave the dungeon the moment they see a yellow weapon
I can beat the first 3 levels alone on Frostgaard, but I don't think the "OP Highlevel people" accept that as enough, this was my initial concern with the release of UR, that I shared with one of the volunteer mods, that it will create a disparty between communities, even though it's a endgame endless mode, it also serves as a lategame possibility to farm gold to get to endgame, however lategame people and endgame people won't be willing to play together.
I mean, frostgaard is generally seen as the easiest map, so if u have at least a maxed out ranger, with max level bow, u can pretty much do it to 16 without problem. Having an OP build is only necessary when going to 26.
And honestly, having at least 1 max hero (lvl 100, with lvl 100 weapons) is not asking too much imo, i would say ranger and chef are very good as a first max hero, bcuz they can actually farm by themselves on the end game, by rushing frostgaard
Before UR, the best farming we could do was 50k per hour, now in UR its possible to make 25k by getting to floor 12, which shouldn't be much of a problem even for a weaker hero
Bro today i had 2 failed runs, with high level people, but with small brains apparently. I would rather have some matchmaking to match people with similar trophy quantity, cuz i can't man, i found 2 teams with people that never saw nemesis before or kept triggering every enemy spawn even after being told about them
