Use shortbow for general clearing, longbow for big hordes

you can use sword dash to optimize deplacement

Long sword and regular sword charge can auto clear these 2 tiles. One with a destructible wall on the left(has chest or other loot inside) and a cave on the right. The other tile is the center cave with only bats with a pressure plate
Just aim at the cave where the monster spawns and you can kill all of them in one swoop
